M.Tech in Radio Frequency Design and Technology (RFDT)
[Duration : 2 years/4 Semester]

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Communication/Electrical Engineering or related areas.
  • Full time students with valid GATE score in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication
  • Full time students sponsored by outside organizations.
  • Present shortlisting criteria are listed here.
  • CREDIT REQUIREMENTS

    The credit requirement of the M.Tech Program is 62 valid credits and the duration of the Program is 4 Semesters. The courses have been divided into Core, Program Elective and Open Elective categories. The semester-wise break-up is given in the following Table:
