Post validation of the design using commercially available software tools, its further validated by the actual hardware circuitry, fabricated in house. The process kick-starts with the mask making using coordinatograph followed by fabrication of the circuit on the PCB. The coordinatograph is limited by the minimum dimension of 100 um and masks for lower dimensions are initiated by the semi automatic photo plotter (up to 40 um). The photo plotter uses the Gerber file format generated from the Altium Design Explorer software tool.
