M.Tech in Radio Frequency Design and Technology (RFDT)
[Duration : 2 years / 4 Semester]


Eligibility Criteria for Admission

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / Communication / Electrical Engineering or related areas.

  • Full time students with valid GATE score in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication

  • Full time students sponsored by govt. organizations

Credit Requirements

The credit requirement of the M. Tech Program is 51 credits including 3 bridge course credits and the duration of the Program is 4 Semesters. The courses have been divided into Core, Program Elective, and Open Elective categories. The semester-wise break-up is given in the following Table:
